- Lean Simulation - An intense one-day experience involving both classroom learning and hands-on simulation practice of the principles learned. From this simulation, students will leave having gained new and effective insights after putting to use lean principles.
- Definity Leadership Degree — Definity University allows you to customize a leadership degree that enables you to target your individual areas of growth—from administrative staff to executive leaders. Our leadership courses provide an insightful overview of effective leadership and communication.
- Champions of Change – Dynamic event designed to provide both an educational and networking opportunity for Definity client’s internal Champions. Champions of Change occur monthly at leading area companies and include client success stories and a plant tour as well as best practice sharing through the educational topic.
- Lean Certification Program – Designed to give students an in-depth study of lean principles. Students will have an opportunity to work one-on-one with Definity Partners’ Project Managers to learn the concepts and application of lean techniques and principles. Students will be responsible for displaying evidence of results applying tools and principles outlined in the teaching to validate their understanding of the curriculum.
